Recipe's preparation

    Soft Cheese
  1. Add milk, milk powder and junkets into the bowl. 6 minutes at 37 degrees speed 3.5
  2. Let liquid set in the bowl or put in a server and set aside for 30 to 45 minutes or until milk has curdled.
  3. scoop into mini cheese baskets and put in the fridge for 24 hours.
  4. Don't discard they whey this can be used instead of water when making bread.
