Recipe's preparation
- Add milk, milk powder and junkets into the bowl. 6 minutes at 37 degrees speed 3.5
- Let liquid set in the bowl or put in a server and set aside for 30 to 45 minutes or until milk has curdled.
- scoop into mini cheese baskets and put in the fridge for 24 hours.
- Don't discard they whey this can be used instead of water when making bread.
