Recipe's preparation
- Place milk, plain flour, oil, eggs & salt into mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 5.
Heat non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour 2 1/2 tablespoons of batter into pan and swirl to cover base. Cook until edges start to lift away from pan, then flip and cook the other side until lightly golden. Place cooked crepes into Thermoserver to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm.

VARIATION
Gluten Free Crepes : replace plain flour with Gluten Free Plain Flour.
Dairy Free Crepes: replace with milk of choice and proceed with recipe.
