For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees and grease 24 hole mini muffin tray. Set aside
2.Place cheese into mixing bowl, cover with lid/MC and grate 10sec/sp 9.
3. Add all remaining ingredients cover with lid/MC and blend together 20sec/sp 8
4. Scrape down mixing bowl with spatula and blend for a further 5sec/sp 8
5. Pour batter into muffin trays and sprinkle bacon on top
6. Bake until lightly browned. Approx. 15 mins
7. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few mins before serving
