- 1 apple, quartered and cored
- 85 g Butter
- 25 g coconut oil
- 120 g raw sugar
- 3 eggs
- 220 g natural yoghurt
- 130 g plain flour
- 120 g wholemeal flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 90 g blueberries

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan forced. Grease and line loaf pan
Chop apple - closed lid, turbo, twice for 1 second - set aside
Add sugar, butter and coconut oil to the TM bowl - chop butter for 5 secs on speed 8 if not already softened. Combine for 1 minute on 37 degrees, soft spoon speed
Add eggs and yogurt - combine on speed 4 for 5 secs
Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla - mix speed 4 for 6 secs or until combined
Add reserved apple and berries - mix speed 4 for 6 secs
Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer comes out clean

yum and super moist. I used dried cranberries and a bit more apple, but it has turned out beautifully. I think it might be a typoe with the baking powder amount, 2 TBsp leaves a funny tate. I think next time I'd just put 2 tsp
