Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
You could also add white and dark choc chuncks in the last 20 sec of the kneed so there are yummy choc chunks through it.

Thanks for your comments Kate, I'll adjust the recipe next time I make them...
I followed the recipe
I followed the recipe exactly, my daughter chose from the picture......they turned out quite dry
I made these and they are
I made these and they are nice however there are a few errors in the recipe stated.
Ingredients list needs to add:- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
During the procedure part the recipe does not say to add the cocoa powder mix back in. I added it after blending the coconut sugar/butter and gave another whizz at speed 6 for about 10 seconds.
Tasted nice and easy to make. I got 30 portions out of the mixture, not the 50 as stated. But that's probably just my bigger sized cookies.
