Thanks heaps for this recipe! Didn't have any dried chickpeas so I used a tin instead, adding it with the wet ingredients as the other poster did. I had to increase the cooking time but that was probably the added moisture of the chickpeas and also my oven is rubbish.
Next time I'm going to try choc chip & macadamia, with the dried chickpeas as recommended.
Thanks for a lovely recipe!
Thanks for a lovely recipe! Mr 3 loves them, and I feel good knowing he is getting some protein in his treat! I used frozen pre-cooked chickpeas rather than grinding dried ones, and it worked well, bikkies were just a little chewy.

Thanks for your feedback! So
Thanks for your feedback! So glad your kids loved them. I thought they tasted like Anzacs too. Glad to hear they work well with canned chickpeas too!
Love these, thank you! They
Love these, thank you! They were so quick and easy. I didn't have dried chickpeas so I added a 400g drained rinsed can of chickpeas at the same time as the wet ingredients. I also put in 100g choc chips just to make sure the kids couldn't taste the chickpeas (and I'm trying to wean them off white flour choc chip bicsuits). The biscuits have a lovely oat/coconut taste and my daughter thought they tasted like anzac biscuits with choc chips, and she said she'd love to have them in her lunchbox! I'll try them with sultanas next!
This is the first healthy
This is the first healthy recipe I've made that my husband loved. He had to fight the kids to get more I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
