Protein Bliss Balls

  • 50 g walnuts
  • 300 g pitted dates
  • 25 g Goji Berries
  • 65 g Shredded coconut
  • 50 g Cacao
  • 30 g cacao nibs
  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Maca powder
  • 70 g coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons Protein Powder of your Choice
  • Dessicated coconut for coating

Recipe's preparation

    Protein Bliss Balls
  1.  

    1.     Add walnuts, dates and goji berries and chop 10 sec, sp 6

     

    2.     Add coconut, cacao, cacao nibs, chia seeds, maca and protein powder, mix 5 sec sp 4

     

    3.     Add Coconut Oil and mix until smooth and glossy for 20 sec, sp 4.5

     

    4.     Roll into balls and roll in coconut and store in refrigerator or freezer.

Tip

You can also use 150g Figs and 150g Dates instead of the 300g Dates. Great for a quick mid morning snack.
