If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Grate chocolate 5 seconds/speed 8.
Melt chocolate 3 minutes/50C/speed 2.
Add sugar and cream cheese. Blend 30 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down sides and repeat if necessary.
Add yoghurt. Blend 30 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down sides and repeat if necessary until mixture is smooth.
Layer in individual serving dishes (eg ramekins or martini glasses) with fresh or frozen fruit. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
