If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 100 °C and line base and side of a backing tray (20cm x 30cm) with baking paper.
- Place apples and berris into mixing bowl and 10 sec/speed10.
- Scrape down sides of mixing bowls with spatula and 10 sec/speed10.
- Transfer into prepared backing tray, use spatula to evenly the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 3-4 hour (100 °C) or bake until the fruit mixture not sticky when touch.
- Cool down for 10 mins. Remove it with scapeer and cut into slice.
