- 115 g thickened cream
- 10 g caster sugar

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingrediants into thermomix, Mix Speed 8 for 10 seconds
- Mix again speed 6 for 10 seconds (Continue this till at the consistenacy you want)
- Scoop out with your spatula into a bowl and enjoy !
