A great fill in for when my coffee machine steam pump is on the blink. I microwaved it yesterday but it just wasn't the same. This was the next best thing to having my proper frothed milk. Thankyou!

  • Thanks I was trying to do

    Submitted by snskitchen on 21. February 2016 - 08:48.

Thanks I was trying to do with the butterfly whisk.   It took me 3 min to reach 70 degrees but I might take it slightly over as it dropped to 55min after the high speed beating. I did do the last step twice as I was using a lower fat content milk.

  • This worked surprisingly

Submitted by Natty Natnat on 26. April 2015 - 14:24.

This worked surprisingly well. I like my milk a little hotter, ideally at 65 degrees so I left it in the bowl a little longer and used a thermometer to ensure it got to the temperature before I poured it out. The froth was quite good but not glossy as you would get in a good cafe. This is extremely easy and would be great when camping.

  • Awesome thanks! I just wanted

    Submitted by SarahDwyer on 8. April 2015 - 08:47.

Awesome thanks! I just wanted quick, simple instructions and this is them. At first I thought the milk wasn't frothed enough but after it sat for 30secs the froth rose to the top just like a perfect cappuccino!
