  • 85 g brandy, Alcohol
  • 56 g cream de menthe, Alcohol
  • 56 g white cream de cacao, Alcohol
  • 100 g fresh cream
  • 100 g Vanilla ice cream
  • 200 g ice cube

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place chocolate sauce or chocolate syrup onto a flat plate and dip rims of the glass.
    Pour all of the ingredients into the mixing bowl andBlendfor 1 minute on speed 10.
    Once all blended pour the cocktail into the glass and top with shaved chocolate on top. Enjoy!

    OMG my mum used to love these and i now make them too but only ever used my cocktail shaker and no ice cream. This Thermomix recipe takes this old time cocktail to a whole new level absolutely delicious for an after dinner drink you must try it and looks so very sophisticated
