  • 3 organic curly kale leaves
  • 1 small handful of almonds soaked overnight
  • 100g organic frozen blueberries
  • 1 organic banana
  • 300g water
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed (linseed)
  • 1 tablespoon organic Maple Syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in the TM.  Blend for 2 minutes on speed 10.

    Adjust the amont of maple syrup to suit your taste.  Add a handful of ice if you want a cold smoothie.
