      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert butterfly whisk. Place egg whites in mixing bowl add 20g of sweetener and whisk 4 mins/37°C/speed 4. Remove butterfly whisk.
  2. Add gin, lime juice, soda water, ice cubes and 30g of rhubarb cordial. Blend 20 sec/speed 5. Divide between cocktail glasses.
