I've been doing this recipe a LOT lately - omit the honey as the dates make it sweet enough... omit the bananas except if my kids are having it (bananas don't like me!)... and I add 200g of ice per batch and it basically ends up as a thickshake.
I've also experimented with just throwing in the cashews and dates and mixing together sp9 for around 10-15 sec... then adding everything else, and it works fine. I suspect if you just put everything in together and blended for 30 seconds, scrape down sides, then finish for 1-1.5 mins, then it would be absolutely perfect.
Theres 2 lots of coconut

this was quite nice, even my 5 year old liked it! I did throw a handful of ice in at the end and blitzed it up and it was still a great consistency. It was quite sweet so next time i would try without the honey maybe.
