      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

This recipie make est. 400gms

When sterilising your jars, place jars & lids in boiling hot water for 5 minutes.

Adjust sugar to your liking. This recipie is not very sweet like store bought jams. Though My children love this recipie and say they wouldn't change it.

Keep in the fridge after opening for up to a month                                             (Not that it last that long)

Enjoy on sandwiches, scones, cakes or just by itself

Made this over the weekend and absoluelty loved it! So easy and tastes delicious. We found the sweetness was perfect. I had to cook on 100 degrees as it was bubbling up to the lid. I just cooked for an extra 2 mins (30 mins total).
