  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10g fresh dill
  • 1ts djon mustard
  • 20g lemon juice, or to taste
  • 500g Avocado Oil
  • salt & peper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Aioli
  1. Chop garlic & dish for 3 secs speed 7. Scrape down sides of the bowl. Add egg yolk, mustard,  lemon juice, sal t & pepper. Attach butterfly into the TM bowl & mix for 4- 5 mins 37 degrees speed 4. Make sure MC is in place & drizzle avocado oil slowly onto the lid so it slowly slides down into the TM bowl.

    (If you find you mixture splits you can start again with another egg yolk & slowly drizzle the split mixture into the bowl.)

    Serve as a dip or with crispy oven roasted potatoes as per the picture. It's also a delicious dressing for potato salad.

    added parsley and basil instead of dill and instead of lemon juice, used Italian white wine vinegar, turned out very nice

    Absolutely perfect! I only had macadamia nut oil and it worked just as well.
