- 2 level tsp Dijon mustard
- 180 g extra light olive oil

Recipe's preparation
- Add 3 egg yoks, 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons dijon mustard to TM bowl.
- Add butterfly, blend 20 seconds speed 4.
- Set blades to speed 4, 3 minutes, "Closed lid" place MC in lid and drizzle oil slowly and allow to emulsify.
