Recipe's preparation
1. Place Garlic and Capsicum into TM bowl and chop 5 sec. Speed 7
2. Add Oil, lemon juice and white wine vinegar to TM bowl and cook 10 min.
90 deg. Speed "Gentle stir setting"
3. Add chillies, oregano and salt Mix 10 sec. Speed 2. Allow to cool .
4. Mix 1 Min. Speed 10
5. Cool and store in airtight containers, consume within 1 month.

Really good base. I added 1 tbs of smoked paprika, 1tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of coriander seeds And 1 tbs of pakm sugar
