Paté Ingredients
- 120 g hot water
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- 1 tsp Chicken stock powder
- 220 g can red salmon
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 spring onions, roughly chopped
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 60 g avocado
- 60 g cream

Recipe's preparation
- Place hot water, gelatine and chicken stock powder in thermomix bowl. Mix on speed 7 for 1 minute.
- Add undrained salmon, avocado, lemon juice, spring onions, and mayonaise to bowl and mix on speed 7 for 1 minute.
- Add Cream and mix on speed 7 for 30 seconds.
- Set in Paté dish or mould for at least 1 Hour in fridge, or until set.
- Serve with toast or savoury biscuits.

Tip
If preferred, you can omit the avocado and increase the cream to 120 g.
