  • 3 sprigs parsley, leaves only
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill, leaves only
  • 3 sprigs fresh chives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 grams Greek yoghurt
  • 2 heaped tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 heaped tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 level teaspoons salt, or to taste

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Tzatziki
  1. 1.wash herbs and dry them
    2.Add leaves of herbs in mixbowl
    3.Add peeled 2 garlic gloves
    4.Mix 5sec/Speed 9
    5.Scrape down sides with spatula
    6.Mix 5sec/Speed 9
    7.Scrape down sides
    8.Add 250 grams yoghurt
    9.Add 2 heaped tablespoon sour cream
    10.Add 1 heaped tablespoon Mayonnaise
    11.Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    12.Add 2 pinches pepper
    13.Mix 10 sec/Speed 4
    14.Refrigerate Tzatziki for at least 1 hour before use.
