Recipe's preparation
- Place diced potato skin on in TM bowl on speed 6 for 10 sec
Squeeze liquid from potato out then return to bowl add 1 egg, salt and pepper mix speed 4 for 10 sec
pan fry till golden brown each side
serve with bacon, eggs and toast for breakfast or as a side with dinner
