Pizza pinwheels
- 270 grams water
- 2 level teaspoons dried instant yeast
- 1 level teaspoons sugar
- 450 grams Baker's Flour
- 30 grams olive oil
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 100 grams tomato paste
- 200 grams cheese

Recipe's preparation
- Add the water, the yeast and sugar to the mixing bowl"Closed lid" "Gentle stir setting" set to 37 degrees for 2 minutes
- Add flour, Oil and salt to the mixing bowl"Closed lid" "Dough mode" for 2 minutes
- Roll dough into a ball and wrap in dough mat. leave to rise in a warm spot for 30 mins or until doubled in size.
- Roll into rectangle about 35x45cm. Spread sauce over dough. for smaller pinwheels cut dough in half lengths ways and then into ten strips so you have 20 scrolls.
- add cheese to mixing bowl and set to speed 6 for 5 seconds. add cheese to scrolls and roll them up. place on tray and bake for 25mins on 180 degrees
