If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Weigh and add all ingredients to the Bowl
Cook 45 minutes, Varoma, speed 5 - don't be tempted to reduce this speed.
Put the varoma dish only on the top instead of the measuring cup to allow maximum steam to evaporate.
Trust the process ..it thickens right at the end and even more on cooling.
When it is cooked, pour it immediately into a sterile jar as it sets quickly.
Store in the fridge....unless you eat it all today!
