      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.       If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. For the base, weigh in almonds and mill 10 seconds/speed 10. Set aside in a bowl.
  2. Then, weigh in coconut oil and melt 2 minutes/50 degrees/speed 2.
  3. Weigh in maple syrup and cacao powder, return almond meal to the bowl and mix 10 seconds/speed 4.
  4. Press almond mixture into a loose leaf tart tin, covering the base and sides. Set aside while you prepare filling.
  5. Filling
  6. Weigh in chocolate and coconut milk and heat 2 minutes/50 degrees/speed 2 (or longer if using block chocolate).
  7. Pour filling into prepared base and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.

Tip

Substitute the maple syrup with honey if you prefer.

If using block chocolate, you may need to add additional time for melting.
