Always a hit in our house. I add mushrooms too and triple the garlic.
The recipe doesn't specify water amount. I fing 1L works well and add a little more.
I use rice noodles and add them at the end.

OMyGosh........ Deeeelish!! I followed some other comments by changing some of the vegies and filling up to the max with stock (or just below)

I accidently put in the salt and pepper at the beginning - so it was a little toooooo peppery for my liking but other wise it was a hit for all  tmrc_emoticons.;)

Thumbs up from all at our house! My slight modifications were in step 2, adding 120g carrots, 4 small stalks of celery and 1 zucchini (had no snow peas) and chopping for 4 seconds. In step 3 added 90g soup pasta and 900g water (as well as TMX vegie stock and 300g chicken). Needed no extra salt. Delicious!

A really lovely soup. I used leftover chicken from a bbq chook in the frdge so it all tore up tiny. Still delicious! I could have used just a touch more flavour as I added a heap of salt and pepper so maybe more stock next time. tmrc_emoticons.-) I ommitted the pasta and added zucchini.

    Submitted by MartyJ on 31. January 2015 - 21:43.

Just used leftover roast chook from lunch. Added corn and sliced mushrooms and zucchini when adding the water 1L at last stage. Cooked for 20 mins. Didnt add pasta. Just added Kantong noodles( the ones you soak in water) into bowl, drained and put into thermo server. Poured soup over the top. Added pepper but was already plenty salty from stock ( only used 1 teaspoon). Great. Made cheese damper to go with with it. Delicious !

    Submitted by Bella67 on 23. January 2015 - 19:06.

Made this today for a sick friend that had just moved here this week. I used a bit more pasta, 2 litres, didn't add the teaspoon of salt I find the veggie stock paste salty enough. I also had to blitz the veg twice each time as was way too chunky, I also cooked for 30 mins. Tasted delicious and was a winner with my friend, quick easy, healthy and yummy. Thanks
