  • 100 grams Butter (Softened)
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 340 grams SR flour
  • 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 150 grams Milk (or to consistency, depends on Bananas)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Cream Butter & Sugar sp 5, add eggs one at a time whilst blades are still going. Once creamed (time can depend on temp Butter & Eggs)

    Add remaining ingredients. Mix Sp6 / 30 secs.

    Pour into prepared tin & bake for 40mins 170 degrees.

    Best served with Fruit based Butter Icing

    Very nice recipe. I made two batches cause I had a lot of ripe banana's, the kids ate one and I gave the other to a friend. Very easy recipe to follow and the most important thing was it tasted fantastic.  I only need 120gms of milk, as my banana's were large ones. Thanks for the recipe.
