  • 400` g carrots, Grated
  • 338 g gluten free flour, Or 2.5 cups
  • 245 g brown sugar, Or 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
  • 212 g sugar, Or 1 cup of sugar
  • 300 g canola oil, Or 1 1/2 cups of canola oil
  • 2.5 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla essence
  • .5 tsp salt

  • 500 g cream cheese, At room temperature
  • 150 g icing sugar

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Pre heat oven 180 degrees
  2. Grate carrots 7 sec sp 5 scrape down bowl
  3. Add all other ingredients into thermo bowl 40 sec/sp6 (unitl all ingredients are mixed together or add all ingredients to a medium bowl mix all ingredients together.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 30 - 40 minutes
  5. Frosting
  6. Beat cream cheese until creamy - 1 min sp 4 or about a 1min in a hand blender.
  7. Gradually add in icing sugar and then add in cream until fluffy. Set speed to sp 4
