  • 300 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 225 g Raw Honey, Unboiled - locally produced
  • 250 g Butter, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g plain flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 160C

    2 Use muffin cases, mini-muffin cases or muffin tins.

    3 Place chiliies and chocolate into the TM bowl and grate 10sec/speed 8

    4 Add butter and honey and mix 20sec/speed 5

    5 Add eggs and combine 10sec/speed 4

    6 Add flour and mix 20sec/speed 4

    7 Spoon into muffin casings

Tip

Use locally produced honey to get the benefits of unboiled honey.  There is a lot of literature suggesting that honey, which is processed from bees from your local area, can help allergy sufferers build their immunity as the pollen has been processed by the bees already.
