Nan's Honey Cakes

  • 150 grams Butter
  • 150 grams honey
  • 85 grams brown sugar
  • 150 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 2 eggs

Recipe's preparation

  2. Place butter, honey and brown sugar in bowl.


     


    Heat for 3 min/70/sp2.


     


    Add flour, then eggs, mix for 20 sec/sp 3.


     


    Fill muffin cases 3/4 full. Let sit for 10 mins.


     


    Bake at 150 for 20 mins.

    very easy and very delicious. By accident I added more honey and butter, so I just added more flour. Runny mixture but worked out perfectly.
