  • 1 level teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 130 grams caster sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 300 grams plain flour
  • 1/2 heaped tsp baking powder
  • 3 level tablespoon Strawberry Jam
  • 185 grams Butter

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Pre heat oven to 160 degrees 

    Grease two oven trays with butter

    Put butter, essence, sugar and yolks into TM bowl and mix 20 secs speed 6

    Put flour and baking powder into TM bowl

    Scrape down sides

    MIx 10 secs speed 4

    Scrape dough out onto baking tray or thermomat

    Shape into level tablespoon size balls and place onto tray about 7cm part

    Poke hole 1cm deep into balls with end of wooden spoon or little finger

    Spoon jam into holes

    Bake in pre heated oven for 25 mins or until golden
