Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
We like to split the mixture into 4 and flavour them with chocolate hazelnut spread (or chocolate coconut spread), sugar free jam, roll some in 100s and 1000s before flattening or adding cacao nibs and kneading through before rolling for 'chocolate chips'.

I have made these a couple of times now, I have just used tinned condensed milk both times. My family just love them. Very versatile cookie mix. I will try the TM condensed milk at some stage.
