  • 1000g water
  • 90g coconut sugar
  • 400g coconut cream
  • 80g Raisins
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 lemon

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place water in TM bowl and sago in TM basket.

    Cook 12 minutes 100 degrees/ speed 3. Remove Sago and place in Therm server

    Place brown sugar, coconut cream in TM bowl. Cook 100 degrees speed 5

    Place butterfly in TM bowl.Return sago, along with vanilla into TM bowl and cook 7 minutes/100 degreesCounter-clockwise operation, speed 2 with simmering basket on lid to prevent splatter

    Add raisins and Gentle stir setting 10 seconds.

    Either place in Thermoserver or individual glasses to set.

    Cut bananas squeeze lemon juice over and serve.
