Ingredients

  • 2 leaves kale, raw, Handful
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Cacao
  • 1 banana
  • 200 grams Milk
  • 6 cubes ice
  • 50 grams oats

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into the thermie and blend on speed 9 for 10 secs.

Tip

If you prefer a frappe style drink add more ice. Play around with the amounts to your tasting, I found this to be prefect for me and my son stole it off me! So I need to make double. tmrc_emoticons.)
