- 1 banana
- 200 grams Milk
- 6 cubes ice
- 50 grams oats

Recipe's preparation
Add all ingredients into the thermie and blend on speed 9 for 10 secs.

Tip
If you prefer a frappe style drink add more ice. Play around with the amounts to your tasting, I found this to be prefect for me and my son stole it off me! So I need to make double.
