If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

1. With the buttefly whisk in place, put all ingredients (except alcohol) into the bowl. With the lid on and measuring cup in place, whisk for 30 Seconds/Speed 4.

2. Remove the measuring cup and whisk for another 10 Seconds/Speed 1, pouring alcohol in through the hole in the lid.

Tip
I tried to put the ground nutmeg in the thermomix with the rest of the ingredients but found once poured into a glass it just setlled to the bottom. Best to just garnish with it
