The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Wash and hull strawberries.
2. Place strawberries in bowl and blend for 20 seconds on Speed 9.
3. Add lemon juice, Soda water and sugar and mix for 10 seconds on Speed 4.
4. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon and strawberry slices.

Tip
We like ours with a bit of tartness. Add more sugar if you need more sweetness.
