Lemon and Goji Switchel
- 4 level tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 level tbsp lemon juice
- 15 g Goji Berries
- 2 level tbsp treacle
- 2 level tbsp Raw Honey, Substitute with agave or maple syrup for vegans
- 1 l water
- 15 g ginger, stem, Unpeeled, cleaned and sliced into thin rings

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients into the TM bowl and blend on speed 10 until combined, scrape down sides and repeat if necessary.
- Pour into a large jug, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, strain and serve over ice.
