      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh in Ice, mix speed 5 for 5 secs

    Add Watermelon & vodka, mix speed 8 for 10 seconds

    Half fill glass with either Lemonade or Soda water, then top up with slushy mixture

    Add squeeze of lime or lemon

    Serve with wedges of lime & watermelon for decoration (pop watermelon in glass while drinking!)

    Makes around 6 drinks

Tip

If you prefer a clear drink without the 'froth' pour through a sieve into glasses.
