Recipe's preparation
- Chop shallot 3 secs speed 7 scrape down
add bacon/butter and thyme place simmering basket instead mc cook 4 min /110 /speed 1
add chicken livers chop 5secs/ speed 6 scrape down and season cook 4 mins /100/sp 1
add cream and blend 20 secs speed 9
scrape down and repeat
pour into 2 cup size ramekins I then topped with pink peppercorns and melted butter optional
cool in fridge for at least hour

Tip
I used marscapone instead cream as I had no cream was equally good,I put pink peppercorns on top and sealed with melted butter this is optional
