Tip
This recipe is only for the pizza dough. I believe it's the best place to start when making your pizzas. You can put whatever toppings you want on top but starting with a good dough is where it is at. When you bake this if you have a pizza stone that you can put in the oven to heat up and cook your pizza on you will get an even better pizza.

Amazing. Perfect base that didn't go floppy. I didn't have semolina so I used polenta. This will be a regular at our place - no more pre made bases for us
Great Dough! First ever
Great Dough! First ever attempt with 6 guests to feed went off without a hitch. I also added a little extra flour to get right consistency with first batch and then added less water for the other batches. I found 290g to be right for my flour also.

This dough is rising at moment. I found 325g water too much for the bread flour I use. Rule of thumb for me is 290g water per 500g flour. I added more flour to recipe whilst it was mixing till I got right consistency.I also did garlic & rosemary first in TM bowl.
