Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Add a spot of butter or coconut oil to the pan, and pour about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter and fry until some of bubbles remain open on top of the pancake.
Turn over and cook for another minute.
Store in a thermoserver until all are cooked.
Serve with maple syrup/a squeeze of lemon juice/fresh blueberries/slices of banana/fried bacon.
This recipe is enough for my husband, toddler and I. We are big breakfast eaters.
Be careful to cook these on a medium heat, because the sugar in the banana burns easily.
Make the pancakes small so they turn easily without breaking.
Can be made dairy-free by substituting your favourite 'milk'. My favourite is coconut milk.
Use 200g wholemeal flour if you have no wheatgerm, or just plain flour if you prefer.
Freeze these in a stack with a small piece of baking paper between each one to make seperating them easier.
Perfect finger food for toddlers!
