Forum Water got into thermomix

Ladies, take the advice of Mumma23 (and mine as a consultant) and contact your consultant as soon as you have any issues.  Failing that, contact the Thermomix service department directly.

I've done the same but don't really have a consultant who can help me. Did you find anything out? I left it alone to dry for 2 1/2 days, it seemed fine - but now I get a pins error. Have I just wasted $2000?

Gee you must be upset. Won't harp on about that!

cant imagine you are the first person to get water on the pins or even spilt into the recess you click the jug in. Feel sure that a machine that is of such good quality would be built to withstand a lot more than that.

I would male my first SOS to my consultant or team leader. They seem very good and apparently thos bizarre way of selling is so we have ongoing support. Use it so it gets sorted out ASAP.

good luck

Hi all. I'm so disappointed in myself. Doesn't matter how....but I got water on the pins and every where.

Will I lose my machine? Can it be fixed? I have a constant temperature on there even if I haven't used it for a few says. Just realized that it is taking a while to speed up when I put in on speed 10. Help please.
