Yep, mine went on the blink today, won't measure anything occasionally flashes Max but nothing in between. No obvious reason for it my Thermie has been in the same place , no movement but just suddenly lost the scales!!! Sooooo annoying!
Can you please let me know if this issue was resolved as I am currently experiencing the same thing - the scales worked fine an hour ago and now they are just flashing between zero and MAX without me putting anything in - when I do put someing in to weigh it is not registering that there is anything there. I've had the TM5 for about 9 months.
Has anyone had problems with their TM5 scales. I went to use my thermomix last night and the scales wouldnt work without even touching them they would flucuate between 0 and max. I turned the machine off and fully cleaned the base and feet then turned on again and tried to weigh something same thing just flucuating between 0 and max even when nothing is being weighed?? They worked fine a day ago when i used the themomix last so i am baffled please help??
