For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add almonds to the bowl and mill 10 secs, spd 9.
    2. Add dates, pistachio's, vanilla bean paste, Cacao powder, coconut oil and salt. Set to turbo and turbo on 1 sec intervals 3-4 times depending on how chuncky you want your pirstachio's.
    3. Roll into balls the size of large walnuts and roll in your desired coating. I used dessicated coconut and cacao for some and left the others plain. You could mill some nut's or seeds and coat in that as well. Pop into the fridge until hard approx 20 mins and enjoy!! I store in and airtight container in the fridge and they will last ages although mine get devoured pretty quickly.

Tip

Try varying the seeds and nuts. I added pepitas to my second batch and they were lovely tmrc_emoticons.)
