Caramilk baked cheesecake
- 180 grams Caramilk
- 250 grams Cream Cheese Block
- 250 grams Caramilk cream cheese tub
- 2 heaped tablespoons brown sugar
- 120 grams sour cream
- 3 eggs

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Line a 20cm spring form tin ase and sides with baking paper extending above the side of the tin. Crush biscuits speed 5 20 seconds
Scrape down sides and repeat till fine crumbs
Add coconut and butter mix speed 5 10 seconds, scrape bowl and repeat till well combined.
Press into base and sides of tin, refrigerate.
Clean bowl - Break chocolate into bowl, melt 60 degrees spped 2 3-4 minutes till melted. Set aside to cool at least 5 minutes in a separate bowl.
Without cleaning add both cream cheeses and brown sugar to the bowl, mix speed 4 20 seconds.
Scrape side of bowl.
Add sour cream mix speed 4 to combine, add eggs with blades spinning mix 10 seconds, scrape sides of bowl, add melted chocolate, mix speed 4 10 seconds scrape bowl and repeat ensuring ingredients are well combined.
Pour into base and cook 150°C fan forced 50 mins - centre should have a slight wobble, open oven door and leave to cool in oven for an hour, refirgerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
