If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate & Roses
  1. Add the cacao butter and coconut oil into mixing bowl and melt 1min/90c/sp1.

Add maple syrup, raw cacao, pinch of salt and rosewater and mix 30sec/sp3.

Then transfer the chocolate liquid into chocolate moulds and set in the freezer for approx. 45-60min.

Transfer the chocolates into a jar. They are best kept in the fridge.

For a stronger flavour increase the amount of rosewater which can be added gradually.

For a more solid chocolate, that can be stored in a pantry, increase the amount of cacao butter and decrease amount of coconut oil. i.e 180g cacao butter, 20g coconut oil.
