      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1. Preheat oven tp 150 degrees celsius
  2. Please sugar into mixing bowl 2 sec/speed 9 Blend
  3. Add eggs and combine 2 min/50°C/speed 4
  4. Add flour and ginger or wattleseed 4 sec/speed 5
  5. Repeat step if not combined. Combine with spatula at end.
  6. Pour batter into tin and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool in tin for 5 mins. Cool completely on cake rack. Slice in half and add jam and cream.
