If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

These taste delicious. Other recipes I read had 2 cups of coconut, this weighed 200g. Following the last comment I decided to add 300g but next time I think 250g will be plenty.

I found the coconut weight to be fine. But I might try it with less next time to see what the final result is like tmrc_emoticons.)

    Submitted by ThermoExperiments on 4. September 2016 - 16:51.

I think 500g coconut might be a bit much. Next time, I'd reduce to maybe 300g?

I added extra zest and juice of another lemon to give it flavour, plus a bit more honey, and an extra 40g of cream cheese (because that's all I had in the fridge - it would do well with more).

Rather than making into balls, I crushed some oat bars into a square baking tin and topped with this bliss ball mixture.

Thanks for converting this recipe tmrc_emoticons.)
