If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Use the automatic function on your TMX 5.
Add all the ingredients listed instead of ingredients on the chip. Select normal custard3-4 portionsThen turn the automatic dial to cook. 8 minutes. I poured it in a glass bowl with glad wrap on it like a film overnight. (Before the kids got to it) although it's nice and thick to eat hot. For piping you need to fridge overnight.
