For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

This recipe can easily be doubled. Add another 30 seconds or so to blending time.

If you haven't had time to make coffee ice cubes, do 2 or 3 shots of coffee and cool, you may need to add a little extra ice to ensure it stays as a frozen drink.

If it still gets air pockets while blending, add a little splash of water, blend again. Different things will affect the blending, such as room temp.
